This mead contains honey, water, and ginger and is based on a Danish recipe from the 18th century.
The mead has a lovely spicy taste, somewhat reminiscent of sherry.
The mead can be used as both a welcome drink and a dessert wine. Sediment may occur in the mead, as no additives are used.
