Ribe Mead is brewed to celebrate Scandinavia's oldest town Ribe with its 1300 years.
The recipe is created in collaboration with Ribe Viking Center, and the mead is infused with apple juice to enhance the fruitiness and give the mead a hint more acidity to counterbalance the sweetness of the honey.
