Beautiful and truly detailed pendant made of Bronze
This beautiful piece of jewelry was originally found in Tissø in West Zealand, and possibly depicts the goddess Freya.
Freya is one of the central figures in Norse mythology, and she is associated with birth, death and love, among other things. Many finds of Freya and her brother Frey have been made all over Denmark.
This pendant is 30mm high and 21mm wide. The hole that the chain needs to go through is approximately 2mm wide, and all chains of 2mm and smaller will fit this pendant.
