Beautiful ring with a historical pattern made of genuine silver!
The piece of jewelry here recreates a pattern found on genuine Viking finds from Aalborg. The style seen on these finds is known as the Borre style.
The Borre style is a well-known style from the Viking Age and includes, among other things, this woven pattern called ring chains. This pattern was found at Bejsebakken in Aalborg and is repeated on other jewelry found in the Aalborg area. The motif is dated to the first half of the 900s.
The ring is made of genuine silver, and the motif itself has a diameter of 21mm.
