All the goodness from the Danish forests gathered in a mead. The tartness of the forest berries provides a fine contrast to the honey in this mead. It has a rich base with the taste of oak. A delicate and delightful aftertaste. A mead where the taste of the berries and the tartness have been allowed to dominate, making this mead stand out the most from the other brews.
Suitable for any dessert table, served cold with cheese, ice cream, fruit, cake, and dark chocolate.
This is the brewer's favorite to brew. It is a fun mead to assemble due to the many flavorings present in this brew.
Ingredients: Water, Danish honey, blackberries, blackcurrants, wild strawberries, redcurrants, oak, and yeast. Approx. 15% alcohol
