The summer mead is a very fresh and refreshing mead, its sweet honey flavor lies in the background of the taste, while fresh and floral acidity and bitter notes dominate the flavor.
Both in taste and aroma, it is a very complex and wine-like mead with many different, yet subtle, flavor elements that together give an impression of unripe fruit, resin, and flower pollen.
Ingredients: Water, Danish honey, rhubarb, walnuts, and yeast. Approx. 11% alcohol.
