A Thor's Hammer pendant in bronze, made after a historical find from Scania in southern Sweden.
The pendant is made in a 1:2 scale and reproduces the characteristic Mjölnir motif in a size that works well as jewelry. The find type is dated to the 10th century / late Viking Age and bears witness to the continued worship of the Norse gods during the period.
Thor's Hammer was worn as an amulet and as a visible symbol of allegiance to the old Norse faith.
The exact find location in Scania is not securely documented, and the pendant is therefore best described as a replica based on a find from Scania.
