Delivery & Returns

We ship the same day or next weekday with Post Denmark, then you have it 1-3 days after we send!

We have 14 days full return policy of course. If the jewelry is not as expected you just send it back and get the money back.


We ship all our goods by Post Denmark / Post Nord. You can choose from 2 different shipping methods:

  • To package / Post office (This is free for all our horn products, as well as all jewelry, and costs SEK 45 for Mjød)
  • Direct to the door with Track and Trace

  • To your work address (This costs from 35kr)

We ship to Denmark, as well as most countries in Europe. We also ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT according to the country's rules.

Usually you have the goods within 1-3 days (abroad 3-6 days) after we have placed your order. If you are not at home, the package can subsequently be picked up at the post office.


As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.


When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can recover depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the product.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no additional delivery costs apply in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of the day we are has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation to have it returned.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to goods purchases.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
