Beautiful and well-crafted Dagmar Cross made of genuine 925s Sterling silver!
This beautiful replica of the well-known Dagmar Cross, which is exhibited at the National Museum in Copenhagen, is a lovely pendant perfect for confirmation or baptism.
Dagmar was married to Valdemar II the Victorious in 1205, and folk songs from this period describe her as beautiful and beloved by the people. This precious and detailed cross was found in an excavation at St. Bendt's Church in Ringsted and was quickly associated with Dagmar.
This pendant is approximately 30mm high and 25mm wide. The hole for the chain is 5mm, so all chains 4mm or smaller fit this pendant.
