Mjød inspired by Ribe from Danish Mjød of 19%
Ribe Mjød is brewed to celebrate Scandinavia's oldest city of Ribe with the 1300 years.
The recipe was created in collaboration with the Ribe Viking Center, and the meats have been added to apple juice to highlight the fruit and give the meats a little more acid in contrast to the honey's sweetness.
