Necklace Lagertha Wood Viking

The Norwegian Lagertha is a brave shield maiden and warrior known from the sagas. She is said to have married Ragnar Lothbrok, who is a Danish Viking and legendary king. Together they defeated King Frø of Sweden who invaded Norway in the year 900. Lagertha continued her warlike exploits for the rest of her life in the Gaula valley in Norway.
