If you are looking for a good and strong symbol of both the Viking Age and Danish history, then you have found it!

The ship here is a reference to the so-called Skuldelev ships that were found in Roskilde Fjord. The fjord was incredibly important water for the Vikings, and they therefore sank these ships to make the narrow passage through the fjord more difficult for outsiders. The royal seat was also located in Roskilde, so the Vikings had, in addition to the sunken ships, a defense that included sentries at the entrance to the fjord, where guards were ready to signal with the help of fires, and large logs laid out as flotation barriers.

So if you both love history and delicious Scandinavian design, then this decoration is perfect for you! The decoration is cut out of black veneered wood, depicts an iconic and classic Viking ship and must be assembled at home. The ship can also be used as, for example, a wine holder or similar.

The figure is 21 cm high, 13 cm wide and 51 cm long
