A delicious Jydemjød from Dansk Mjød with a full 20.6%
This mead contains honey with added hops. Additionally, Riga Balzam is added, which increases the alcohol content to 20.6. Riga Balzam is itself a lovely bitter at 45.0%, which is very spicy.
When mixed with mead, the result is a delightful semi-bitter, spicy mead.
The mead should be consumed as you would a bitter.
Sediment may occur, as no additives are used.
