Klapøjster Mead from Dansk Mjød at a full 21.8% - in Small bottle
This mead contains honey, water, and spices. Additionally, brandy is added, which increases the alcohol percentage to 21.8%.
It is an old custom to mix mead and brandy – it gives a wonderful sweet mead with a hint of schnapps.
Great for the cheese board or lunch table. You can dilute the mead a bit if it is too strong. Sediment may occur, as no additives are used.
