The mead has an interesting flavor profile, with a clear honey sweetness, but the flavor profile and aroma are dominated by dry scents and tastes reminiscent of forest floor, heath landscapes, and grain harvest.
The sweetness in the mead is nicely balanced by a clean and distinct acidity and a very round and mild bitterness.
Ingredients: Water, Danish honey, hemp, juniper wood, and yeast. Approx. 11% alcohol.
