Shelf Mead:

The familiar summer scent of elderflower and a rich, full flavor.
The aftertaste is long with a solid base of light bitterness.
The sweetness is on the lower end. Served chilled as an aperitif or steaming hot from small mugs. Enjoy the elderflower mead cold with, for example, vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate.

This is the brewer's choice when it comes to offering a welcome aperitif, a cold drink in the summer heat, or as a substitute for Christmas mulled wine.

Ingredients: Water, Danish honey, elderflower, yeast. Approx. 14% alcohol

Forest Mead:

All the goodness from the Danish forests gathered in a mead. The tartness of the forest berries provides a fine contrast to the honey in this mead. It has a rich base with the taste of oak. A delicate and delightful aftertaste. A mead where the taste of the berries and the tartness have been allowed to dominate, making this mead stand out the most from the other brews.

Suitable for any dessert table and served cold with cheese, ice cream, fruit, cake, and dark chocolate.

This is the brewer's favorite to brew. It is a fun mead to assemble due to the many flavorings present in this brew.

Ingredients: Water, Danish honey, blackberries, blackcurrants, wild strawberries, redcurrants, oak, and yeast. Approx. 14% alcohol

Pure Mead:

Pure Mead is brewed exclusively from pure honey. The best and most flavorful late summer honey has been used here. The summer's floral abundance adds a light richness to the mead with fine nuances of bitterness from the honey's unique terroir.

A touch of heather honey adds a well-balanced base of flavors and bitterness. Pure mead is the most versatile mead. It is particularly suitable for strongly spiced dishes, for marinating, or as a dessert wine.
– This is the brewer's "kitchen mead," which, in addition to its classic and pure mead flavor, is perfect for use in the kitchen when making dressings, marinades, etc.

Meadowsweet:

Meadwort is a semi-sweet mead, where the flavors of meadwort add a fruity experience while tempering the sweetness. A unique mead with a very special character and personality. Meadwort mead is excellent for marinating game, for a cheese platter, dark chocolate, ice cream, or in a welcome drink.

– This is the brewer's favorite; they recommend this mead as a special companion to fine cheese.
