There are few symbols from Norse mythology as well-known and iconic as the Tree of Life, Yggdrasil!

According to Norse mythology, the world tree Yggdrasil is the center of the world. The mighty, evergreen ash tree has its three roots in the realm of the dead, the world of giants, and the world of men. There are also three springs at the three roots, including Mimer's well, from which Odin obtains his wisdom with his eye as payment. The name Yggdrasil can be translated as "Ygg's horse", and Ygg, meaning "the terrible one", is one of Odin's epithets.
