A couple of our larger creoles like this have a nice twisted pattern that almost fills half of the ring, with a simple, beautiful and shiny silver ball at the bottom.

The earrings are 0.9mm thick, where the earring goes through the ear (quite normal thickness). The visible stem is 1.5cm thick and the ring itself is 4.7cm in diameter.
