Bronze pendant with Loki as motif.
This icon was originally found on Bornholm and is estimated to be from 900 AD. The icon depicts Loki, who symbolizes the light and dark sides of life. Other jewelery in a similar style has been found at at Borre in southern Norway, Vårby in Sweden and in Russia's famous Gnezdovo treasure, which was excavated in 1868.
The pendant is 3cm wide and high. The hole the chain must go through is 3mm large and all chains of 3mm and smaller fit this pendant.
