A triskele is an ancient Celtic symbol, found in many places in Europe. It is believed to symbolize the three stages of life. Namely birth, death and resurrection.
Here it is a simple triskele, only surrounded by a silver frame.
The pendant here is 15mm in diameter. The hole the chain must pass through is 4mm large and all chains of 4mm or less therefore fit this pendant.
