The winter summit is brewed with hips, picked along the shore. The winter meeting is stored on oak barrels. It has a distinctive port wine scent, slightly sharp in the aftertaste, dark and deep in color.

Every year, the brewer looks forward to tasting this year's winter meeting. It always has a special character and a personal expression, because of the special storage the mum gets. It's like taking advantage of the Christmas joys when we publish this brew every year, November 1st.
